Vision Objectives
The vision of GCM is fundamental to continuing and furthering the ministry of Jesus Christ. This involves:
1. Church Planting by engaging communities for Christ, with the objective of of gathering, learning, and serving.
2. Organizing Small Groups through local gatherings, and video or phone teleconferencing for the purpose of discipleship, emotional support, and social growth.
3. Leadership Development for the preparation and release of those who desire to lead others in the direction of Jesus Christ.
Anthony Martin, Overseer of Church and Leadership Development
Anthony has been in the helping and serving field for over 32 years. He is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, with both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Christian Counseling) and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. He presently serves as overseer of church and leadership development under Grace Christian Ministries in Columbia, MD. He is the host of Focus Life Perspectives, a weekly podcast that provides spiritual topics that are relevant for practical living. He is certified in the areas of Leadership, Personal, and Marital Life Coaching from Light University in Forest, VA. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is passionate about directing and helping others get to Christ toward a life filled with freedom and purpose.
